Our client is a leading multinational company active in the retail and nutritional manufacturing sector, recognized for its innovation and commitment to developing high-quality par-pharmaceutical products.
Role Overview:
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in the Premium Pharmaceutical Division, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and brand visibility across key and local pharmacy networks. Your goal will be to develop long-term partnerships, ensure optimal product placement, and achieve measurable sales growth within your assigned territory.
The covered area is Bucharest Districts 3 and 5, plus Constanța, with location in Bucharest and flexibility to travel 1–3 times per month, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and key decision-makers in your area (2 districts of Bucharest and a nearby town).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sell-in and sell-out targets for premium nutritional supplement products.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize brand presence in KA and LA pharmacies.
• Conduct regular pharmacy visits to present new products, ensure compliance with merchandising standards, and gather market feedback.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and category performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular sales reports, territory analysis, and action plans to the sales management team.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or OTC B2B sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Experience in market research, meeting sales targets and field visits.
• University degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (medical/pharmaceutical background is an advantage).
• Proven negotiation and communication skills with strong customer orientation.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region (2 districts of Bucharest and a nearby town).
