    Job Description

    As a Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are part of the AUMOVIO Business Area User Experience Human Relations team. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

    . Participation in strategic HR projects, including the implementation of defined measures

    . Support and advice for managers within the assigned area of responsibility

    . Management of core HR processes such as talent management, compensation management, grading, recruitment and organizational development

    . Execution of recruitment activities within the designated area of responsibility

    . Conducting job evaluations and classifications as well as implementing compensation changes in accordance with company policies

    . Planning, execution and support of the entire personnel development process

    . Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) has the following qualifications:

    . Completed university degree in business administration, law or a related field with a focus on human resources

    . Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a HR Business Partner, including international experience

    . Solid knowledge of employment law required

    . Familiarity with compensation systems

    . Strong customer orientation as well as negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts

    . Clear and open communication style, strong networking skills and excellent intercultural competences

    . Strong team spirit

    . Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
