Responsabilitati principale

• Coordoneaza si dezvolta sistemele DMS (Centerline, Changeover, Change Management, Waste) pentru optimizarea performantei proceselor si reducerea pierderilor.
• Defineste si monitorizeaza standardele pentru reglaje optime (Centerline), inclusiv obiective, limite si strategii de control pentru operatori.
• Gestioneaza procesul de schimbare de brand (Changeover), stabilind standarde, analizand performanta si implementand imbunatatiri pentru reducerea timpilor.
• Asigura implementarea si replicarea standardelor prin sistemul de Change Management intre linii si echipe.
• Monitorizeaza si analizeaza performanta Waste, definind actiuni corective pentru atingerea si mentinerea indicatorilor in tinta.
• Analizeaza datele de productie si pierderile (Loss Tree), dezvoltand rapoarte si initiative pentru eliminarea pierderilor folosind instrumente dedicate.
• Conduce procese de problem solving si investigatii tehnice, utilizand metodologii precum 5Why, 6W2H si UPS, si dezvolta capabilitatile echipelor.
• Asigura acuratetea datelor operationale si conformitatea cu cerintele legale si fiscale (acciza), monitorizand si raportand corect activitatile si eventualele discrepante.

Cerinte esentiale:

• Abilitati solide de leadership si capacitatea de a coordona echipe sau proiecte mici.
• Abilitati analitice si de rezolvare a problemelor, cu orientare spre date si decizii bazate pe evidenta.
• Capacitate de comunicare eficienta si colaborare cu echipe operationale si cross-functionale.
• Abilitatea de a sustine prezentari si de a influenta schimbarea in organizatie.
• Cunostinte medii de Microsoft Office si capacitatea de a intelege si aplica concepte tehnice.
