What will you do as a Business System Analyst Senior?

• You will discuss with business lines to explore and refine requirements, proposing optimal and innovative IT solutions

• You will document business requirements in functional and non-functional specifications, using our internal methodology

• You will analyze the impact of implementations on existing systems and processes, identifying risks and benefits

• You will ensure the quality of deliverables from your team, providing feedback and support for development

• You will offer consultancy, training, and coaching to colleagues, acting as a mentor for new team members

• You will participate in solution design and actively collaborate with project teams throughout the development lifecycle

• You will contribute to process optimization, promoting the use of modern technologies (including AI and digital tools)

• You will support the integration and continuous improvement of IT solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards

What are we looking for in you?

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or similar roles, preferably in the financial-banking sector

• Completed higher education (bachelor's or master's degree) in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL, data modeling, UML, JIRA, Confluence

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as SDLC

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, analytical and structured thinking, ability to synthesize information

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or professional training

• English language - advanced level
