• Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)

• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions

• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

•Senior PMO experience in large organisations: Experience with high scale, pace, and complexity is critical
•Strong delivery focus
•Ability to: Work independently (“hit the ground running”); Operate confidently in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment
•Financial management experience: Budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting is essential
•Experience supporting: Large infrastructure / cloud / technology programmes

Nice-to-Have
•Experience with Clarity (PPM tool)
•Financial services background (not required but beneficial)

Responsibilities

•Create and maintains the delivery schedule, milestones and tasks in the relevant scheduling tool(s) and supports the identification and management of dependencies, delivery risks and issues and tracks status through the maintenance of risks and issues logs
•Provides quality assurance and project status reviews of milestones and tasks
•Manages project communications and status reporting in line with standards
•Supports project budget tracking, including actual and forecasted expenditure and accounting for variances
•Develops and monitors the delivery resource plan across the project lifecycle
•Drives adherence to project management standards and frameworks, governance procedures and standard templates
•Supports with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and assists with the implementation of change management processes, policies and best practice

The Developer Platforms project improves the full software development environment by modernising core tooling, security controls, and the way code and digital components are stored, built, and released. It strengthens the management of sensitive information by separating secrets by application type, improving access controls, unifying secrets storage, automating certificate handling, and improving recovery processes to ensure uninterrupted operation. It replaces outdated build and version‑control tools that lack modern safety features and recovery capability, while introducing a shared build‑runner model that reduces network complexity and improves the speed and efficiency of automated pipelines. Central identity checks are automated to remove manual, error‑prone reviews, and new access models support modern application designs. The project modernises the storage of digital components, adds software‑supply‑chain validation, and provides controlled release bundles for audit needs. It also introduces standard build‑and‑release checkpoints and automated evidence creation to support regulatory expectations.
