    Your tasks

    • Exercises end-to-end governance over P&C data and reporting, defining advanced standards for data quality, integrity, and consistency, and ensuring their application across complex, multi-entity, and international environments;
    • Leads the development and enhancement of advanced analytical solutions (predictive models, statistical methodologies, reporting architectures), ensuring their applicability across global P&C processes and strategic decision making frameworks;
    • Addresses broadly defined, complex analytical problems across multiple disciplinary areas, proposing robust and innovative solutions that strengthen best practices and drive organizational synergies;
    • Defines and improves analytical procedures, guidelines, and methodologies, directly contributing to policy updates and the standardization of processes within P&C;
    • Provides high level strategic consulting to P&C leaders, HRBPs, and international stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support critical decision making;
    • Oversees data validation, reconciliation, and quality control across critical systems and data flows, proactively identifying risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization;
    • Optimizes analytical and reporting processes through automation, standardization, and modernization of tools, reducing operational complexity and increasing efficiency;
    • Ensures rigorous documentation of methodologies, indicator definitions, calculation rules, and analytical logic, guaranteeing traceability, compliance, and reproducibility;
    • Works in high impact, multifunctional projects, providing advanced analytical expertise in a dynamic environment with decision making autonomy within the area of responsibility;
    • Contributes to the development of analytical capabilities across the organization, offering coaching and technical support to junior team members or specialists in related areas.

    Your profile

    • Master Diploma: IT, Economic, Resurse Umane;
    • Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years;
    • Advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, modeling, and visualization (Advanced Excel, Power BI, analytical tools);
    • Deep knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and analytical methodologies applied to complex P&C processes;
    • Solid experience with HR systems (SAP HR) and managing group level databases;
    • Ability to develop advanced analytical solutions and standardized processes with high accuracy;
    • Highly developed analytical skills: interpreting complex datasets, identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights;
    • Ability to formulate clear, valid, and applicable recommendations, including in high ambiguity situations;
    • High autonomy in managing complex tasks, with a strong results oriented mindset;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced English.
