    Your tasks

    • Responsible to set up and maintain the KPI dashboard, as referring to target, actual and forecast figures. Proposes performance improvement measures, upon liaison with the Value Centers
    • Responsible for annual set-up and maintenance of  L1, L2 and specific L3 KPIs dashboard and establishing links between dashboard and slidepack creation for Performance Management presentations
    • Participates in maintaining of KPI definitions and standards used within E&P and offers support for the process of implementing new KPIs/KPI changes in dashboard
    • Participates in performance improvement initiatives with impact on OMV Petrom's financial results upon liaison with the concerned Value Centers
    • Responsible for the timely development, compilation and issuing of reports related to Value Centers activity
    • Uses analytical capabilities in automation initiatives, being part of intradepartamental project teams that seek process automatization and digitalization
    • Liaises with E&P Value Centers with respect to cross-departmental issues

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, industrial engineering or similar
    • Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
    • Good communication skills, client oriented attitude with intuitive mind setup
    • Cooperative style of working balancing assertiveness and ability to achieve a common basis
    • Knowledge and ability to facilitate meetings, conduct effective briefings and presentations
    • Able to coordinate and to align with different stakeholders; ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in an organization (both internal and external), including the ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders
    • Excellent computer skills and business fluent English
