We need a senior data specialist who is deeply technical in martech and analytics, can manage platforms end-to-end, ensure data integrity, optimize automation, and provide actionable insights.
Role Purpose:
Manages the bank's Martech and digital data ecosystem, leading analytics, tracking, automation, and platform governance. Ensure data-driven execution, consistent measurement, and reliable marketing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
o Martech - Manage and optimize, analytics, MS, tagging and tracking setup
o Data Quality & Governance: Ensure reliable data flow, taxonomy, tagging governance, dashboards.
o Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards, attribution, performance insights, experimentation.
o Automation & Journeys: Implement automated flows, scoring, segmentation with digital marketing teams.
o Compliance & Risk: Ensure data use adheres to risk, compliance, and AI governance.
o Stakeholder Enablement: Support marketing teams with data, tooling, measurement frameworks.
Ideal Candidate:
o Expert in martech stacks and automation
o Strong in analytics and attribution
o Comfortable owning governance
o Business-oriented, fast executor
Success in 3 Months:
Stable tracking, dashboards running, automation improved, clear roadmap.
