Business System Analyst Intermediate Agile Delivery Small & Medium Enterprises

We are looking for a Business System Analyst Intermediate to join our Agile Delivery SME team and help us translate business requirements into efficient, well-documented IT solutions for the SME segment.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT, being responsible for:

• understanding business requirements,

• translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications,

• providing support throughout the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, post-implementation).

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Lead, solution architects, developers, testers and security experts.

Main responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business requirements in line with RBRo methodology.

• Create user stories / use cases and functional & non-functional specifications.

• Collaborate with solution architects to define the appropriate technical solution.

• Assess the impact on the systems involved (functional and performance).

• Support the definition of testing scenarios (ST/SIT/UAT) and validate the test plan.

• Provide support to development teams and post-implementation, including for error resolution.

• Provide support on BIA and IAM topics to security experts.

• Keep documentation up to date and contribute to maintaining SDLC quality standards.

• Support the adoption of AI solutions (internal tools, use cases, ethical and efficient usage).

• Support junior analysts and get involved in T-shaping activities.

What we are looking for (profile & knowledge):

Experience and education

• University degree completed.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business/systems analysis.

• Experience in software development projects, ideally in the financial-banking sector.

Knowledge :

• Advanced PC skills: Microsoft Office, UML, query tools, PowerPoint.

• SQL - intermediate level (T-SQL / PL-SQL / DB2 SQL etc.).

• Basic data modelling knowledge (e.g. PlantUML, draw.io).

• Knowledge of business requirements analysis and documentation methodologies.

• English - upper-intermediate level.

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Ability to understand architecture diagrams and data integration concepts (API, MQ, batch); familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger / OpenAPI.
