Business Systems Analyst - Private Individuals, Customer Interactions & Branches
Join a team dedicated to building innovative solutions for Private Individual customers--whether they interact in branches or digitally. Our mission is to create a digital bank with a human touch, delivering accessible and stress-free daily banking through user-friendly apps and seamless remote channels.
What Will You Do?
Integrate quickly into a supportive, diverse, and collaborative team.
Design and deliver interactive digital, customer-facing services.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QAs, DevOps, and other team members.
Maintain strong connections with business lines throughout all project phases.
Contribute to the improvement and management of our campaign management tool and mobile push notification features.
Use AI tools throughout the development and optimization process.
What We're Looking For
Structured, analytical thinking and openness to innovative ideas.
Familiarity with application server, integration, and database technologies.
Experience working on large projects as well as regular changes.
Understanding of banking software specifics (administration, processes, products, etc.).
Strong presentation skills and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly with both business and IT colleagues.
Willingness to build positive work relationships based on trust and responsibility.
Team player, energetic, and eager to learn and progress.
Previous experience with agile methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Average-level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/PL-SQL/DB2 SQL, etc.) or NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra).
Minimum 3 years' experience in business & systems analysis.
Proven experience in systems integration, including API design, implementation, and testing.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud app (mandatory).
Experience with MCP automation (preferred).
Previous involvement in Customer Interaction projects (mandatory).
Strong skills in visual modeling techniques (UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts), especially for integration architectures and data flows.
Good command of English.
