    We are currently hiring for multiple Finance roles requiring Turkish language skills, based in Bucharest and Brasov. While most positions follow a hybrid working model, some roles offer flexibility for remote work from all location from Romania, depending on the project.

    Please note that for certain projects, working fully on-site may be required during the first 6 months. Candidates will be contacted and considered based on their location and project requirements.


    Skills that make your work successful:


    • You have at least B2 Turkish and English language skills;
    • You have between 1-3 years experience ;
    • Bachelor's degree-nice to have, high school degree-mandatory;
    • You communicate easily;
    • You are a team-player;
    • You can solve urgent matters;
    • You are reliable and proactive.

    Responsabilitati

    How you’ll make an impact:

    Accounts Payable

    • Processing invoices;
    • Working in various applications (such as Oracle, SAP);
    • Receiving and analyzing the invoices from suppliers;
    • Making sure the invoices are registered and paid on time.


    Collections

    • Manage customers’ expectations;
    • Reconcile client’s accounts;
    • Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;
    • Manage customers’ expectations;
    • Initiate collection activities via mail/ phone and manage the customer portfolio (within the agreed credit terms and credit limits);
    • Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required;
    • Input notes on payment agreements, do daily follow-ups and reinstate accounts when payment is received;
    • Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel).
