    The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.

    By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, fully on site from Bucharest or Brasov for the first 6 months of activity, followed by a hybrid setup.

    Skills that make your work successful:

    You have advanced Turkish level & medium English language skills;
    You communicate easily;
    Previous experience in F&A is a plus, but is not mandatory;
    Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement; ideally in finance area
    You are a team-player;
    You can solve urgent matters;
    You are reliable and proactive.

    Responsabilitati

    Accounts Payable:

    • Processing invoices;
    • Receiving and analyzing the invoices from suppliers;
    • Making sure the invoices are registered and paid on time;
    • Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel).


    Collections

    • Manage customers’ expectations;
    • Reconcile client’s accounts;
    • Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;
    • Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel).
