Change Management Internship

What will you do?

• Support the creation and publishing of internal communication materials (articles, posts, presentations, videos) for change initiatives
• Create and update user support materials (guides, how-to, Q&A, visual/video content)
• Assist in organizing and delivering trainings, demos, and events (logistics, materials, follow-up)
• Collect and summarize user feedback (surveys, interviews) and support basic analysis
• Help track progress of change management activities and prepare status updates
• Participate in project meetings and support collaboration with stakeholders (IT, HR, business, communication)
• Provide support in related technical activities (testing, documentation, digital tools, content creation)
 

Who are we looking for?

• University student (preferably in IT, management, communication, or organizational psychology);
• Previous experience is not required; involvement in student projects, volunteering, events, content creation, reporting, or IT projects is a plus;
• Good knowledge of Romanian and English (written and spoken);
• Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/SharePoint) and familiarity with AI tools;
• Familiarity with communication and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, video, social media) is a plus;
• Basic understanding of business processes;
• Team player, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn;
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and continuous improvement focus.

Commitment:
Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: July 1st – September 30th 2026
Location: mix with work from home
JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
