Telesales Internship

What will you do?

• Support the Telesales team in engaging with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels, ensuring timely order submissions.
• Maintain accurate client records and verify orders accuracy.
• Recommend optimal product quantities based on client needs.
• Learn and apply sales techniques to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing promotional programs and tracking performance.
• Contribute to maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.

Who are we looking for?

• Student (final year of study preferably) or fresh graduate.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and commercial legislation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passionate about sales and working with people.

Commitment:
Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: July 1st – September 30th 2026
Location: JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
