We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with the business and deliver high quality HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role combines strategic HR advisory, employee relations expertise, and data-driven insights to support organizational performance and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 to 6 years of HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or advisory role
Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment law
Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage complex situations with sound judgment and business insight
Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Some experience in leading or coordinating people or projects is an advantage

Responsabilitati

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with business needs and legal requirements
Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations cases, and complex people matters
Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, compensation & benefits, and retention initiatives
Deliver HR data analysis and insights to identify trends and improve engagement and performance
Support and participate in formal employee relations processes and hearings
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver trusted HR support
Continuously develop HR expertise and stay current on legislation, technology, and best practices
