What will you do as a Business System Analyst?

• Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements

• Assess feasibility, benefits, and risks, and provide recommendations on business solutions

• Analyze the impact of business requirements on existing systems and our IT landscape

• Break down requirements and estimate the effort for analysis work

• Transform business needs into functional and non-functional specifications

• Keep specifications and documentation up to date, implementing approved changes

• Participate in solution design, supporting development and testing

• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization

• Offer ongoing support throughout the application's lifespan, both functionally and technically

What do you bring to the team?

• Hands-on experience with software design and documentation

• Solid knowledge of private individual lending products

• Experience preparing and evaluating alternative workflows and specifications

• Ability to document interfaces between new and legacy systems

• Familiarity with BPM, SQL, XML, Oracle, Web Services, and operational reporting

• Experience with tools like Postman, SOAPUI, Swagger, etc.

• Previous involvement in lending solutions (Credit Origination) is a plus

• At least 3 years' experience as a technical/system analyst

• Advanced communication skills in English

• Agile knowledge or experience is a plus
