Your tasks

• Maintains master data and runs processes in the key Borealis People &Culture IT systems especially in SuccessFactors Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Calibration
• Prepares and participates in quality checks and either does or facilitates to work on corrective actions to achieve high data quality, compliance and governance
• Supports global and local admins in case of On Boarding, treatment of special cases and exceptions, solving of error messages, etc.
• Takes an active role in Borealis People & Culture IT system projects and tests new functionalities, workflows, templates, automations etc. of enhancements / new release activities or in projects
• Ensures compliant reporting and provides analysis.
• Acts as trainer for data management topics for the Borealis People & Culture community and provides documentation / training material
• Provides advice, guidance and expertise within Borealis People & Culture and towards business in relevant areas of responsibility.
• Close collaboration with other departments in Borealis to ensure system quality checks: Legal / Compliance and GDPR, Data Governance, Data Migration/Load and Data Quality/Audits
• Acts as performance improvement drive and provoke positive change; fosters continuous knowledge exchange, best practice implementation and full documentation of systems and processes

Your profile

• Master's degree: IT / Economic
• Relevant professional experience: > 5 years
• Strong IT background in the area of HR systems
• Main systems: SAP S4/HANA, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
• Experience in process automation
• Language skills - English fluent in reading, writing and speaking
• Capability to work independently with various tasks and within tight timelines
• Detailed oriented whilst able to communicate effectively to a broader business audience
• Advanced skills for obtaining and maximizing added value;
• Advanced interaction and communication skills;
• Excellent analytical skills, the ability to quickly identify the impact of changes in People&Culture IT systems and interdependencies with processes and other systems
