Sr Expert Management of WP Authorization

Your tasks

• Drive the effective governance, integrity, and continuous improvement of the Working Points Authorizations (MoWPA) process and database across the organization, incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices
• Leads the digital transformation initiatives and improvement efforts to enhance database functionality and users accessibility according to the established operational and divisional roles and responsibilities
• Design and develops dashboards to track authorization status, expiry timelines, and compliance metrics
• Identify and evaluate, in collaboration with Legal Department, upcoming legislation relevant to working point authorizations, and preparing mitigation strategies and recommendations for the Business.
• Acts as trusted advisor for senior management on all strategic License to Operate matters and engages in mentoring and coaching activities to support know-how transfer and knowledge sharing
• Develops new working points in MoWPA data base and/or the updates their data in the system based on registration certificates
• Acts as administrator for MoWPA database. Collaborates with IT, data governance, and compliance teams to implement system upgrades, ensure system resilience
• Acts as the single point of contact for MoWPA-related audits

Your profile

• Master's degree Technical, Legal , Public Affairs, Business administration
• Relevant professional experience: > 9 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
• Regulatory compliance, operational governance, or license management
• Database or system administration in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of authorization and licensing processes
• Experience with data governance, compliance monitoring, and reporting tools
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Skilled in monitoring compliance, managing audits, and preparing reports for executive stakeholders..
