    In this position, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of technical and commercial proposals for customers across Europe. You will handle medium-complexity inquiries related to analytical products and serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with the sales organization, suppliers, and customers.

    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


    o Provide customer service at highest standards, responding to customer's commercial and technical questions or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization
    o Identify customer needs, understand medium complexity technical requirements, liaising with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determine best solution to be offered
    o Configure the products according to the technical and commercial requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget
    o Create a quote in Oracle, assist with technical recommendations and submit the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
    o Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the technical proposal offered and commercial terms. Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer
    o Adapt to the audience when sharing technical knowledge and presenting the solution.
    o Develop the capability to act as a Product Trainer for the Analytical portfolio, building in-depth product and application knowledge and delivering technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal stakeholders and, where applicable, customers.

    For This Role, You Will Need:


    o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, in an Engineering field
    o 3-5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or similar technical position
    o Proficiency in English (written and verbal) - B2 min
    o Computer literate (MS Office)

    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:


    o Experience with CRM and Oracle systems is a plus.
    o Background in Chemical Engineering or related studies is a plus.
    o Knowledge of flame and gas detection technologies is a plus.
