Who are we looking for?

• A student or fresh graduate;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documents;
•Ability to understand and follow standardized processes and procedures;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Romanian (English is a plus);
• Organized, reliable and able to meet deadlines;
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement mindset;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;


What will you do?
• Support in processing contractual documents received from the Sales team (download, verification, validation);
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents, identifying inconsistencies and requesting missing information when needed;
• Archive documents both physically and electronically, ensuring consistency between formats;
• Provide support to Trade Marketing Associates regarding contractual data;
• Create and update supplier master data in SAP/Entersoft based on contracts and supporting documentation;

Commitment:
Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: July 1st (or earlier if possible) – September 30th 2026
Location: mix with work from home JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
