    Who are we looking for?

    • Final-year student or 2026 graduate (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering , Automation , Robotics or related field);
    • Ability to solve problems, evaluate, plan and organize work;
    •Ability to work as part of a team and gain commitment;
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality;
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • Motivation to learn and grow as professional in industrial environment;
    • Proficient in using MS Office;
    • English language;


    What will you do?

    • Provide support in a specific production area
    • Specific Duties:
    -get involved along with the Production Cell Structure into the daily actions established in the Daily Direction Setting;
    -participate in the analysis of production processes for efficiency improvements and provide support for the Process Lead for daily, weekly and monthly reports;
    -support the production team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards;
    -help in maintaining documentation related to production (Autonomous Maintenance), including process flows and provide coaching/training to the line team members;
    -collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations;
    -create specific One Point Lesson’s (work instructions);
    -offer support for the Production Cell Lead for daily tasks & activities;

    Commitment:

    Full time program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Period: May 1st – September 30th , 2026
    Location: JTI Romania Manufacturing: Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
