    As a Engineer Specialist Supp II you will manage the FIRE&Security activities across the allocated projects. As part of the Honeywell team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Fire & Security system for ongoing projects. Your expertise is coordination of onsite activities, the subcontractors' coordination, managing quality of work and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient operation for ongoing projects. Your role is overseeing the installation process and subcontractors' coordination, supporting design phase, coordinating integration process with 3rd party systems. You will report directly to our local Project Management Leader with close cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site.

    KEY RESONSIBILITIES  

    • Coordinate the installation and integration of Fire and Security systems
    • Review and acknowledge the technical drawings, system schematics and project documentation
    • Ensure that subcontractors submit the required daily and weekly reports, monitor execution progress and report status updates to relevant stakeholders
    • Manage subcontractors, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
    • Organize and lead daily/weekly site coordination meetings both with subcontractors and client
    • Conduct quality inspections and verify correct installation of equipment and cabling 
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of execution (including Safety and Quality regulations) 
    • Report incidents, near misses and implement corrective actions
    • Plan equipment and material needs for each project phase
    • Coordinate deliveries, storage and distribution of materials on site
    • Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, the risk logs and potential delays

    Qualifications:

    • Technical University (HVAC Systems, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in coordinating Fire and Security systems installation on construction sites
    • Strong knowledge of Fire and Security systems
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation: project's drawings, electrical diagrams, system architectures, point lists, technical specifications
    • ARTS certification both for Fire and Security systems (mandatory)
    • Honeywell systems knowledge (advantage)
    • ANRE grade IIB (advantage)
    • Honeywell certification for Fire & Security systems (advantage)
