Who are we looking for?

• Final-year student or 2026 graduate (preferably in Logistic Management/Industrial Logistics or related field)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel);
• English language (intermediate level).


What will you do?

• Provide support in the area of Warehouse Specific Duties:
• Assist on the floor and support the operational daily business from warehouse to production
• Support of stock accuracy • Work closely with internal departments (Planning, Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering )
• Contribute to SAP and internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) tasks
• Support investigating materials daily issues
• Monitor the flow of the needed documents in warehouse
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)`s creation and implementation
• Creating reports and keep the team informed about daily results
• Monitoring and implementing new operational processes
• Supporting a safe culture among the team

Commitment:

Full time program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, working schedule 07:00-15:30
Period: June 1 – September 30, 2026
Location: on-site JTI Manufacturing : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
