Who are we looking for?
• A student or fresh graduate (Economics, Finance, Business, Data or related fields);
• Understanding of basic business processes and concepts;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Knowledge of Power BI or databases is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• English – intermediate level.
What will you do?
• Support the optimization and automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy;
• Monitor data sources and ensure data integrity and consistency across reports;
• Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues;
• Support in developing Power BI reports (data structuring, data modeling, visualization, testing);
• Assist in updating and improving existing reports;

Commitment:
Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: July 1st (or earlier if possible) – September 30th 2026
Location: mix with work from home JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
