Cerinte

Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written);
Experience in customer support/ call center;
Ability to build rapport, ask questions, listen and redirect the conversations;
Ability to adapt to new business opportunities, challenges and client demands;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:
Monitor outstanding accounts;
Conduct collection calls and emails;
Manage outbound calls;
Maintain accurate records.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
