Randstad is currently hiring Quality Assurance Specialists for TikTok.
We are looking for high-proficiency English speakers who are analytical, self-driven, and ready to impact the global digital ecosystem.

Requirements:

- English C1 (Mandatory) + German B2-C1.
- 1+ year experience in QA, Trust & Safety, or Content Moderation.
- Analytical Mindset
- Resilience: Comfortable evaluating sensitive/graphic online content.

Responsabilitati

- Perform daily quality audits on data samples to ensure moderation decisions align with global policies.
- Investigate error patterns through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose structural solutions.
- Annotate and classify complex datasets to train and improve Machine Learning algorithms.
- Participate in global calibration meetings to synchronize policy interpretation with international teams.
- Identify loopholes in current workflows and suggest optimizations for internal tools and systems.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational clarity and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback and support the onboarding of new team members through knowledge sharing.
- Analyze emerging content trends to ensure the platform remains safe, compliant, and up-to-date.

Alte informatii

This role is on site, in Bucharest (Monday - Friday, 8-hours shift from 08:00 – 18:00).
Contract Type: 1-year contract via Randstad.
