-Gather business requirements, guide business to follow platform best practices and translate them into technical specifications;
-Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point and click tools;
-Guide younger team members;
-Continuously develop the expertise on Salesforce Platform;
-Analyze, debug/troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to Salesforce;
-Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment.

Responsabilitati

-A technical university degree (min. Bc.);
-Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud);
-Advanced hands-on experience with programmatic development. Apex, SOQL, LWC - JavaScript (ES6) and HTML are a must as well as basics of CSS;
-Integrations – knowledge of REST and SOAP;
-Experience (or willingness to learn) with VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup;
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions;
-Sharing attitude to spread knowledge;
-Working proficiency in English is a must;
-Willingness to travel (EU).
