Team Lead Recruiting - Romania, Germany & Tunisia Markets - Marquardt

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Recruiting to lead our in-house recruiting activities across Romania, Germany, and Tunisia. In this role, you will guide a team of recruiters, shape modern recruitment processes, and contribute directly to attracting top talent in a dynamic international environment.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6 in-house recruiters across multiple locations

• Design and implement modern recruiting processes and international standards

• Drive the acquisition of top talent to support business growth and innovation

• Take direct ownership of recruiting for key and strategic roles across the organization

• Define, track, and improve KPIs and SLAs to ensure recruitment performance and efficiency

• Collaborate with international stakeholders and hiring managers across all levels

• Manage daily recruiting operations, including coaching, mentoring, and team development

• Continuously improve recruiting strategies, tools, and processes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, including end-to-end recruitment

• Experience in Shared Service Center environments, ideally within HR services

• Proven leadership or team coordination experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and process-oriented mindset

• Interest in modern recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and market trends

• Fluent English; German and/or French are a plus
