Cerinte

Technical diploma or degree (Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering is considered an advantage);
Experience with AutoCAD and GIS tools;
Willingness to travel within Romania according to site locations.

Responsabilitati

Coordinate and communicate with the DSO, TSO, and other stakeholders throughout the entire construction phase;
Plan, organize, and manage site activities;
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including civil works, installations, testing, and commissioning;
Identify potential design issues and propose effective solutions in collaboration with designers;
Ensure that construction activities comply with the Detailed Design Engineering (DDE) documentation and applicable technical standards and regulations;
Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed;
Monitor project schedules and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the agreed timeline;
Prepare regular project reports and keep management informed of project progress;
Attend meetings with contractors and stakeholders as required.

We are seeking a Site Manager to support the development and construction of photovoltaic (PV) and wind farm (WF) projects in Romania. The position will be based in Bucharest or the eastern surrounding area, with close collaboration with the local technical team and the company headquarters in Italy.
