    About the Role

    We are looking for Customer Service Office with advanced French skills who can provide support to clients by phone and email in a professional, empathetic, and solutions oriented manner. You will be a key point of contact between the company and its clients, directly contributing to their satisfaction and to the organization’s reputation.

    What we are looking for:
    • French language mandatory - proficient level (C1)
    • English language – advanced level (B2)
    • Strong communication and customer relation skills
    • Solution oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction
    • Ability to handle dynamic volumes of activity
    • Attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures
    • Ability to work with deadlines and willingness to learn new things
    • Previous experience in customer service / call center is nice to have, but not mandatory

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing customer requests (by phone and in writing) in French
    • Providing accurate information and effective solutions in line with internal procedures
    • Maintaining a professional and customer oriented approach in all interactions
    • Complying with established quality standards and security/confidentiality policies (GDPR)
    • Using work tools and applications accurately in daily activity
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customers’ experience
