Requirements
Monthly closing activities (accrual, deferral and provision calculations and journal entries)
Monthly reporting preparations and analysis, Balance sheet and Profit and Loss positions
Reconciliation and management of assets and liabilities and others, as required
Liquidity management analysis, preparations and execution
Internal controls execution on a regular basis
Fixed assets (incl. depreciation) and luxury tangent lists analysis and control
Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs
Recommend process improvements to ensure greater efficiency and productivity
Comply with applicable company policies and procedures
Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and the direct manager
Responsibilities
Local regulatory bodies requests for analysis and information
Provide explanations, analyses and supporting documentation for external and internal auditors
Contribution to finance department projects
Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues
Assisting the department with other financial functions as requested by the line manager
Local cross teams/department support within the SSC for ad hoc queries
Perform other tasks and projects as necessary and applicable to the team
