    Cerinte

    Qualifications & Experience

    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
    Minimum 10 years in marketing leadership, including franchise, B2B, and international partnerships
    Experience managing private label production and multinational distribution networks
    English; Romanian and Hungarian knowledge, conversational level is a strong advantage
    Deep understanding of premium FMCG, HoReCa, and culturally rooted branding.

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Planning
    Develop and implement a comprehensive FMCG marketing strategy for all brands under the Group.
    Align marketing plans with business objectives, product launch schedules, and sales targets.
    Ensure integrated above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns.
    Brand Development & Positioning
    Define and strengthen the brand architecture for the brands, and other product lines.
    Oversee visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels.
    Drive storytelling and brand heritage communication to increase consumer loyalty.
    Trade Marketing & Sales Support
    Develop and manage trade marketing programs to support in-store presence and sales activation.
    Collaborate with sales teams to optimize POS materials, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
    Monitor ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
    Digital & Consumer Engagement
    Oversee digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, influencer collaborations, and brand websites.
    Implement consumer insights programs to track market trends and customer preferences.
    Drive engagement through events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
    Team Building & Department Structuring
    Design and build a marketing department from scratch, defining key roles and responsibilities.
    Recruit, train, and mentor marketing professionals across different specializations.
    Establish workflows, reporting lines, and performance KPIs.
    Budget Management
    Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
    Optimize spending to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
    Negotiate with suppliers, agencies, and media partners.

    Approved marketing strategy and budget for the group.
    Fully staffed marketing team with clear roles.
    Established brand guidelines and consistency across all channels.
    Implementation of trade marketing standards in all retail points.
    First integrated brand campaigns executed and measured.

    Mission of the Role:

    To lead and professionalize all marketing activities across the Group, encompassing FMCG marketing, brand development, and trade marketing. The Director will design and implement the group’s marketing strategy, establish a structured, high-performing marketing department, and ensure strong market presence for all group brands.
