Advanced Warranty & Claim Analysis Officer - Marquardt

Responsibilities: 

• Independent processing of customer charges due to quality complaints 

• Recharging to suppliers due to quality complaints 

• Negotiation with customers and suppliers to clarify cost claims and determine responsibility 

• KPI Reporting and cost control 

• Creating approval requests (detailed explanation of the factual situation for the management) 

• Digitalisation & Optimization of processes 

• Process Trainings and Support of internal interfaces worldwide 

• Support in Claim situation by preparation of presentations, minutes, reports and analyses 

Qualifications: 

• Business-oriented vocational education 

• Reliability, independent and self-reliant working style 

• Structured, accurate work approach and cost awareness 

• Teamwork skills: interdisciplinary and cross-functional collaboration 

• Good command of English 

• Openness to new topics / areas of responsibility
