    · Minimum 5 years in managing Software projects.

    · Proven record in delivering high quality solutions that meet the clients’ needs

    · Experience in complex software and infrastructure projects across both the public and private sectors.

    · Experience in working with Waterfall or Agile software development

    · Project management–related certifications

    · Clear understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

    · Awareness of technology concepts like databases, systems integrations, programming languages, systems and software architecture

    · Experience in estimating, planning, baselining and running projects to completion, on time and on budget.

    · Strong communication skills in Romanian and English (written & spoken).

    · Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate client meetings.

    · Ability to define, structure, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and responsibilities to ensure successful delivery.

    · Ability to assess and forecast the time, effort, and resources required to complete tasks or deliverables, supporting accurate planning, scheduling, and decision-making.

    · Ability to monitor project progress, team workload, and key metrics, and to communicate status updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions and timely interventions.

    · Defining and solving problems

    · Skilled in writing and validating project documentation (functional & non-functional specs).

    Responsabilitati

    What you’ll do:

    As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, optimize project workflows, manage risks, and align business objectives with technical execution. Manage and coordinate the allocated project team to deliver high-quality products within agreed timelines.

    · Report and take responsibility for the output and deliverables of the project team.

    · Define and agree on the project plan with the Account Manager, Team Delivery Manager, and Business Analyst.

    · Collaborate with Sales, Account, Commercial and Dev Teams Managers throughout the client lifecycle to suggest innovative solutions.

    · Manage client expectations and relationships, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

    · Ensure constant communication with clients regarding changes, delays, opportunities, and priorities.

    · Clarify, prioritize, and negotiate client requests and deliverables.

    · Create, validate, and write functional and non-functional specifications (user stories) for development teams.

    · Work closely with the Team Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, IT department, and QA Lead to ensure timely product delivery.

    · Coordinate and facilitate project meetings to clarify user stories and define deliverables.

    · Ensure adherence to company guidelines and best practices, including security and documentation standards.

    · Influence project team members to take accountability for their assigned work.

    · Ensure effective cross-team communication and coordination.

    · Report on workload and project status in Board meetings.

    · Measure and track project KPIs.

    · Ensure that effort and work logs are correctly recorded by team members.

    · Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment among all parties.
