The project focuses on monitoring and managing the renewal funnel for expiring agreements within the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment. The role involves proactively contacting customers 30 days to 4 months prior to contract expiration and providing renewal proposals or quotes for continued support and product services.

Responsabilitati

🔹Proactively manage the renewal pipeline for SMB customers.
🔹Contact customers and partners in advance of contract expiration to ensure service continuity.
🔹Prepare and deliver renewal proposals and quotations.
🔹Collaborate externally with partners and end users, and internally with the sales team.
🔹Handle customer inquiries by explaining the terms, provisions, and benefits of proposed plans.
🔹Track outstanding proposals, received orders, renewal rates, and forecast data for management reporting.
🔹Generate quotes and ensure contracts include appropriate terms and conditions for maintenance renewals.
🔹Support contract and maintenance agreement negotiations.
🔹Perform additional assigned duties as required.
