IT Project Manager

In this role you will be responsible for planning, controlling and reporting a portfolio of complex projects across Europe on critical business system related projects/initiatives while leading the project team to deliver the scope of assigned projects/ initiatives using the appropriate processes and tools.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Delivering assigned projects/initiatives in-line with defined scope and timescales

• Managing and control risk and changes to scope

• Managing stakeholders appropriately

• Creating and presenting project related reports and updates to Leadership, steering teams and other stakeholders

• Ensuring issues are raised and effectively managed/resolved

• Ensuring that the StageGate process is followed (where appropriate)

• Ensuring project charters are created, updated and maintained (as appropriate)

• Working with the BU's, European Sales and Sales Ops, European Finance Ops and Platform IT teams, to ensure that each project/initiative has everything required to deliver its scope on time and in budget

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Strong experience in managing projects with minimal supervision

• Educated to higher education / degree level

• Ability to lead cross functional teams

• Significant multi-tasking and problem-solving experience

• Maintaining strong performance in a lively, high-energy workplace

• A proven track record of working on multiple projects and in meeting daily deadlines

• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• PMP Qualification

• Knowledge of any other European language
