    Role overview: As a Rollout Technical Consultant – SAP Concur, you will be responsible for the technical rollout and deployment of SAP Concur solutions across multiple countries, regions, or business units. You will ensure consistent, stable, and compliant implementations by supporting integrations, coordinating technical activities, and guiding local teams through all rollout phases from preparation to go-live and hypercare.
    Tasks:

    • Plan and execute technical rollouts of SAP Concur solutions (Expense, Invoice)
    • Act as the technical point of contact during rollout projects for global and local stakeholders
    • Configure and deploy SAP Concur solutions in line with global templates and standards
    • Implement and support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP systems (e.g. S/4HANA, ECC, HCM,…)
    • Coordinate technical activities with internal IT teams and external implementation partners
    • Prepare and execute technical testing (unit, integration, rollout testing)
    • Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
    • Analyze and resolve rollout-related technical issues
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, rollout guides, and deployment standards
       
    Qualifications:
    • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
    • Several years of experience as a Technical Consultant or Rollout Consultant in the SAP Concur environment
    • Strong hands-on experience with:
      • SAP Concur Expense, Invoice
      • Concur integrations (CI, Web Services, Extracts)
      • Cognos reporting
    • Experience with international rollouts and global templates
    • Solid understanding of technical architecture and integration concepts
    • Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
    • Very good English skills; German is a plus
    Nice to Have:
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA document integration
    • Knowledge of Travel & Expense business processes
    • Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
    • SAP Concur certifications
