SAP SD Support Specialist 2nd Level Support We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP SD Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing our SAP SD processes. If you have in-depth knowledge of the SAP SD module and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we look forward to your application!
Tasks:
- Creation and maintenance of orders and order numbers in in Application
- Maintenance of order numbers and periodic job adjustmentsSupport for RESY and CATS
- Resolving posting and reconciliation issues in MDG
- Handling e-Invoicing errors in C11 and other countries
- Resolving common invoice and order issues
- Adjusting company structures for new STS
- Resolving application transfer issues
- Monthly bonus settlement during the first 2-3 working daysMonitoring CATS jobs
- Processing tickets (analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and data maintenance)
- Supporting topics related to Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs)
- Daily ITAS monitoring as a deputy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the SAP environment
- SAP SD Expertise: Extensive knowledge of SAP SD modules, particularly in sales, shipping, invoicing, and order fulfillment
- 2nd Level Support Experience: Proven ability to handle complex support requests and problem-solving in 2nd level SAP SD support
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Customer Service Orientation: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders
- SAP Customizing: Experience in customizing SAP SD to meet specific company requirements
- Test Management: Planning, execution, and documentation of SAP SD tests
- Documentation: Proper documentation of processes, adaptations, and solutions
- Collaboration: Working closely with other SAP module teams and IT departments to ensure seamless integration
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick identification and resolution of SAP SD issues to ensure system stability
- Business Process Understanding: Deep understanding of enterprise processes, particularly in sales and distribution management
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2).
- Fluency in German is a significant advantage. (>=A2)
