    We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Display Systems Engineer - Electronics & Optics to support the development, integration, and innovation of advanced automotive display solutions. This role combines expertise in electronics design, display system architecture, optical engineering, and cross-functional collaboration with supplier and customer management.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Act as the main technical interface for display suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with internal teams (Electronics, Mechanics, Optics, Quality, System Engineering).

    • Define display concepts and system architectures, recommending suitable technologies, interfaces (I2C, SPI, RGB, LVDS, eDP, MIPI) and calculating data rates, pixel clocks, and resolution parameters.

    • Create and maintain global display documentation, including integration specifications, technical guidelines, and quality requirements, ensuring compliance with automotive and EMC standards.

    • Evaluate, select, and manage display suppliers, maintaining the global technology portfolio and supporting sourcing decisions through performance, cost, and innovation assessments.

    • Provide expert knowledge on display technologies, such as TFT, OLED, uLED, MiniLED, polarizers, optical performance, optical films, cover lenses, and color fundamentals.

    • Support development, testing, and validation activities, including optical measurements, quality assessments, driver/contacting concept evaluations, and resolution of display-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Drive knowledge sharing, conducting internal trainings, technology benchmarking, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen organizational expertise in display technology.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Optics, or related field.

    • Strong expertise in analog/digital electronics, embedded systems, and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, RGB, LVDS, eDP, MIPI).

    • Deep knowledge of display technologies, optics, and integration (TFT, OLED, uLED, MiniLED, Quantum Dot, polarizers, optical films).

    • Experience in display testing, validation, reliability, producibility, and automotive standards compliance.

    • Strong project, process, and supplier management skills; able to interact with internal/external stakeholders.

    • Excellent English communication skills and ability to train, mentor, and transfer technical know-how.

    • Analytical, detail-oriented, self-learning mindset, keeping up-to-date with exhibitions, fairs, and latest display innovations.
