MRP Supplier - Marquardt

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability of materials for externally sourced components (purchased parts);
• Ensure stock levels are aligned with the global MQ strategy;
• Review planning requirements and ensure timely placement of purchase orders to suppliers;
• Monitor supplier deliveries and manage supplier objections or constraints;
• Check material availability and inform the Production Controller about component shortages;
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and respond to objection letters;
• Review open purchase requisitions and manage the backlog.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• SAP knowledge;
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good negotiation abilities and strong numerical skills;
• High sense of responsibility and ownership;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Organized and proactive personality.
