Technical Requirements:
- Good knowledge of technical drawing, knowledge of ISO TS 16949;
- Knowledge/experience with: FMEA, Control Plan, Ishikawa, QRQC, Pareto Analysis, 8D Report, SPC/MSA;
- Minimum 3 years of related experience;
- Knowledge of English at conversational level;
- Ability to work proactively;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a well-organized and structured system;
Main Tasks of the Position:
- Manage the complaints between Marquardt plants
- Ability to intervene quickly and spontaneously to solve problems.
- Analysis of non-conformities;
- Introduction and supervision of quality processes;
- Training of employees;
- Continuous development of the quality management system;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
