- Proven experience working in cost controlling within development or construction projects
- Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting and cashflow management
- Ability to manage project budgets and cost tracking independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and process-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project driven environment
- Strong communicator able to work cross-functionally
- English language – advanced level

Responsabilitati

Monitor and control budgets for multiple construction/development projects
- Track and manage project cashflows and payment schedules
- Review, validate and manage project-related costs
- Oversee and coordinate invoice approvals for project expenses
- Identify budget variances and provide clear analysis and recommendations
- Work closely with the Development team to ensure financial transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to setting up and improving cost control processes
- Support financial reporting related to project performance and cost tracking
