    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering fields, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience:
    • Recommended 3–5 years of experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector, preferably with PV plants;
    • Understanding of solar PV technology, operations, and financial monitoring;

    Technical & Analytical Skills:
    • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g. SCADA systems, PPC, PVSyst and AutoCAD);
    • Ability to interpret technical reports and performance data;
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Analyze energy production data against forecasted and guaranteed performance targets (e.g., PR - Performance Ratio, availability, yield);
    • Identify underperforming assets, root causes of energy loss, and implement corrective actions;
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of PV plants within the portfolio;
    • Support in the management of internal technical teams activities: scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting;
    • Prepare detailed performance reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal stakeholders and investors;
    • Conduct in-depth diagnostics of PV system components (inverters, modules, transformers, etc.) and recommend improvements or replacements if necessary;
    • Ensure proper calibration and functioning of data acquisition systems (DAS) and monitoring tools;
    • Ensure compliance with grid codes, health & safety standards, and environmental regulations;
    • Track and manage plant budgets, OPEX, and CAPEX planning;
    • Participate in audits, technical inspections, and compliance reviews.
