Requirements

Job requirements

Master’s and bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics.
7+ years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on accounting / reporting filed
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Acca certification is a plus
Fluent in English written and spoken
Super user in with MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial modelling skills
Experience with BPC, business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Objective of the role

As part of the C&R team, the C&R Financial Controller will be involved in a wide range of activities supporting the overall consolidation and reporting processes: support for local entities for Ayvens Group reporting, reporting to Societe Generale, consolidation for Ayvens Group, Consolidated Financial Statements.

Areas of responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the C&R function, including reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation and implementation of AYCO environment.
Collaborate and support local business leaders to submit reporting packages to Ayvens Group
Monthly and quarterly reporting to Societe Generale
Monthly and quarterly checks for Ayvens Group consolidation: equity, investment, variations, off balance sheet
Consolidated Financial Statement Preparation -prepare disclosure notes, answer to auditors’ questions
Support the organization to implement all the new Ayvens and SG requirements on the consolidation and reporting processes
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local entities to achieve company’ strategy and targets
