As a Customer Training Professional at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our training strategy and initiatives, driving our customer experience to new heights. Purpose of the Position
To deliver product training and normative training for the Fire Detection and Voice Alarm Business Unit. This role ensures that customers and stakeholders gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use and comply with standards related to our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver national training sessions for partners in Rumania and frequently in other countries in Southeast Europe
- Develop and conduct online training programs for national and international audiences
- Create training materials, including presentations, programs, and schedules.
- Design and produce e-learning content using tools such as Articulate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from R&D, Marketing, Offering Management, and external partners to develop or update training curricula and content.
- Create and update the current training curriculum as needed to ensure relevance and quality.
- Deliver specialized training based on customer or sales requests.
- Provide technical support as a deputy, gaining deeper product knowledge and understanding customer challenges.
- Technical support as deputy for technical support and to learn more about the products and the problems our customers
Must Have Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong team player with collaborative mindset. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Articulate is a plus
- Technical knowledge of fire alarm technology and/or of Honeywell fire alarm technology (e.g., ESSER, NOTIFIER) is advantageous
- Expertise in normative and legislative requirements for fire alarm systems relevant to Romania and other countries in Southeast Europe
- Knowledge in the field of voice alarm systems is an asset
- Language skills: strong command of English and Romania; any other Southeast Europe Language is a plus
- Experience as a Fire Technician, Fire Engineer, Fire Detection Designer or Fire Sales Manager is a Plus
- Willingness to travel within Romania and frequently across Europe
- Experience working in national and international corporate business environments is a plus
