    The role contributes to the standardization and rollout of SCOR's Change & Communications methodology, supports project teams through Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and Change Readiness Assessments (CRA), and ensures global stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and equipped for implementation.

  • Key duties and responsibilities

  • Change Management Delivery for Transformation Projects:

    • Lead or support the planning and execution of change activities across global projects.
    • Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA), engaging with SMEs, process owners, and leadership to identify impacts on roles, processes, systems, controls, and behaviors.
    • Drive Change Readiness Assessments (CRA) and develop mitigation actions.
    • Identify and manage stakeholder segments, developing tailored engagement and communication plans in collaboration with Group communications.
    • Support training needs analysis and development of training materials with functional teams.
    • Prepare and facilitate change workshops, leadership briefings, and adoption sessions.
    • Partner with project managers to integrate change deliverables into project plans and milestones.
    • Track change risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed.
    • Monitor adoption KPIs and contribute to post-go-live stabilization and reinforcement

  • Internal Change Methodology and Capability Building:

    • Serve as an ambassador for SCOR's standardized Change Management methodology and SCOR Blueprint.
    • Contribute to the creation, evolution, and rollout of change tools, templates, guidelines, and training.
    • Support the Change Management community within SCOR, including coaching junior resources.
    • Ensure consistent application of SCOR change governance across all assigned projects.
    • Contribute to best-practice content, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing assets.
  • Communications Strategy and Delivery
    • Support end-to-end communications planning for transformation initiatives.
    • Draft high-quality communications (emails, townhall materials, FAQs, intranet content, stakeholder packs).
    • Ensure alignment of messaging across internal channels and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with Group Communications and People & Culture where required.
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement
    • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, process owners, product owners, and project sponsors.
    • Act as the voice of impacted employees and functions in transformation discussions.
    • Facilitate change-related discussions and support leadership in sponsorship responsibilities.
  • Measurement, Reporting and Governance
    • Support the definition of adoption and readiness KPIs.
    • Create and maintain change dashboards and executive reporting materials.
    • Manage documentation and deliverables for project governance gates.
    • Contribute to Transformation governance structures and steering committee materials when needed.
    • 4+ years in Change Management, Transformation, PMO, HR Change, Business Process Reengineering, or equivalent.
    • Experience delivering change in global or matrix environments.
    • Familiarity with process-driven change, digital transformation, and organizational change.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
    • Exposure to the insurance or reinsurance industry (preferred, not mandatory).

    Preferred Skill Set: 

    • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, SCOR approach).
    • Ability to conduct structured impact and readiness assessments.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement strategies, and communication planning.
    • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment with multiple priorities.

    Required Education 

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree 

    • Must have experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and/or Kanban)
