Internship for IT Service Support and Analysis

We are looking for a student to help us regarding various IT activities within our System Simulation team. You will be a part of an international team and will have a mentor that will offer you support and guidance for your day-to-day activities.

• Identifying software solutions for company standards;
• Troubleshooting technical issues;
• Compare use cases, functionalities and requirements for IT solutions;
• Provide input for packaging new applications for automated installations;
• Analyze license usage data and create reports;
• Supporting the roll-out of new projects;
• Testing and evaluating new technologies (if necessary);
• A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization;

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• Analytical thinking;
• Programming skills and knowledge in Python/ PowerShell scripting languages is a plus;
• Experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role is a plus;
• Experience in Windows and Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good English communication.
