    Requirements

    This project aims to provide participants with hands-on international experience in the hospitality and marketing field through the AIESEC Global Talent program. Hosted by a four-star hotel in Greece, the internship focuses on supporting front-desk operations, customer relations, and basic marketing activities in a professional, multicultural environment. The project helps participants develop practical skills in communication, organization, and marketing while gaining valuable exposure to the tourism and hospitality industry at an international level.

    Responsibilities

    - Guest relations : check in, check out of guests, handling payments
    - Customer support
    - Handling hotel's schedule
    - File archives
    - Upload special offers
    - Questionnaire review of customers
    - Creation of events announcements
    - Gather feedback from hotel's social media pages
