Why This Role Matters

The FP&A Process Excellence Specialist supports the execution of process improvement initiatives and the implementation of automation and reporting solutions. The role provides analytical support, documents process changes, and contributes to testing, deployment, and adoption of new tools and processes across FP&A. It offers a development path toward senior expertise in process optimization and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Map and document existing FP&A processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities in collaboration with senior analysts. Support the design of new workflows and governance structures, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and data ownership.

• Assist in the rollout of automation, digital, and reporting solutions by coordinating testing, training, and feedback collection. Ensure smooth transition from current to future-state processes, track progress and resolving issues in collaboration with system experts.

• Collect, validate, and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making.

• Work closely with members of the Process Excellence team, FP&A, and IT stakeholders. Actively learn from project participation, gaining expertise in process improvement, automation, and advanced reporting practices.

• Internal Interaction & Collaboration Works with FP&A, Controlling, IT, and Finance Systems & Reporting teams to ensure alignment and support process execution.

• External Interaction & Collaboration: May collaborate with consultants or vendors during implementation or testing phases.

• Supports communication between Finance and IT teams, contributing to the practical delivery of process improvements and digital solutions. 

What You'll Bring

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, process improvement, or finance systems.

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; recognized accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) considered a plus. 

• Good understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.

• Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools (SAC, Power BI, Python or equivalent).

• Curiosity for technology and process digitalization; basic knowledge of data structures or automation tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
