Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent communication skills, and strong multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, professional demeanor, and high empathy when dealing with clients

Responsibilities

Visitor Management:
Welcoming guests, answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.

Administrative Support:
Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Data Entry & Reporting:
Maintaining records, files, and preparing periodic reports.

Client Services:
Resolving issues, offering assistance, and maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
